Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a committed, enthusiastic and personable Digital Marketing Executive to join our award-winning team. If you are looking to develop your skills and build a career in digital marketing within a supportive team then this could be the role for you. 


This is a new role supporting our fantastic, award-winning digital marketing team as our business grows and gets busier. Responsibilities will include:
  • Social media post scheduling and management
  • Creating and analysing reports and statistics
  • Monitoring social feeds for comments and questions
  • Supporting our online live events team (this will include some evening work – roughly once a fortnight)
  • Building and testing email newsletters
  • Simple website updates using content management systems
  • Creation and updates to simple image assets for posts, e-newsletters and web pages
  • Assisting with research, competitor intelligence, content monitoring and more


The successful candidate will bring:
  • Hands on experience of using social media channels for marketing – we currently work on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
  • An understanding of paid advertising on social media platforms
  • A passion for digital marketing with some first-hand experience of delivering marketing campaigns
  • Top notch attention to detail
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, work to deadlines, and respond quickly to time-sensitive tasks
  • A willingness to learn 
  • Experience using programmes within the Adobe Creative Suite – ideally Adobe Photoshop as a minimum
Things which will really make you stand out:
  • Experience in a medical comms agency environment
  • Proven experience of digital marketing campaigns
  • Graphic design skills

£20,000 - 24,000 plus benefits package depending on skills and experience
