Website and digital content producer

Mole Digital is looking for a talented, energetic and personable Website and Digital Content Producer to join its award-winning team. If you've got a background in hands-on creation of websites and digital contents and enjoy balancing this with client and project management, we would love to hear from you.

This role sits at the heart of our web development team but also crosses over into all other areas of our busy digital agency. Core responsibilities include:

Technical work:
  • Managing and implement content updates to client websites
  • Installing, customising and managing WordPress websites
  • Building, sending and managing email newsletter campaigns
  • Creation of interactive PDFs and other digital contents
  • Building e-learning modules using software such as Articulate and Rise
  • Building and animating PowerPoint presentations
  • SEO management and implementation

Client and project work:
  • Day-to-day client management, helping our clients to feel supported, directed and valued
  • Management of website build projects, including managing designers and technical build
  • Managing a regular calendar of website reporting
  • Planning the user experience and contents for client websites

Depending on your experience, you may also become involved in some or all of the following:
  • Asset creation for digital marketing campaigns
  • Design of core elements for websites and newsletters
  • Simple video editing or animation using Adobe Creative Suite products
  • Document design or changes in programmes such as InDesign
  • Support work on our award-winning Facebook Live series

The successful candidate will be:

  • Hands-on experience of building websites - ideally both in WordPress and custom builds using HTML and CSS
  • Hands-on experience of building and implementing email newsletter campaigns, including a strong understanding of what does - and does not - work
  • A thorough understanding of what makes a successful website - UX skills and experience
  • Experience of managing projects and clients
  • Top notch attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, work to deadlines, and respond quickly to time-sensitive tasks
  • Experience using programmes within the Adobe Creative Suite – ideally Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

  • A fantastic, creative, friendly, award-winning team
  • A growing portfolio of happy and enthusiastic clients
  • Flexible working. While we are all currently home-based, this role is open both to those who would ultimately like to work from the office and also those who would prefer to work remotely.
  • A supportive environment, with full access to training, both internal and external, an open management style, and encouragement for each team member to reach their full potential
  • Beautiful countryside location in rural Wiltshire for those who want to work in the office, either full-time or occasionally
  • Perks! From the important (pension scheme, private healthcare option, holidays) to the things that make us smile and make daily life easier (Perkbox membership, extra afternoons off in the summer, a free Christmas shopping day, loyalty scheme and random occasional gifts and celebrations)
  • Awards. Recognition matters! We are proud of our award-winning streak over the past few years and look forward to continuing to create innovative campaigns and projects which deliver outstanding results for clients.

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
